HEALTH TRAVELLER has been designed by Marcus Hearn specifically for those persons travelling abroad in order to obtain either medical treatment or cosmetic surgery.

Although there is no cover for your medical or cosmetic reason for travel, the policy REMOVES one of the STANDARD EXCLUSIONS in travel insurance contracts 'TRAVELLING FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING MEDICAL TREATMENT'.

Standard travel insurance policies will generally automatically exclude ALL cover if you are travelling to obtain medical treatment.

HEALTH TRAVELLER ensures that you are covered for your trip so long as your claim doesn't relate to your treatment abroad. We can even consider cover for pre-existing medical conditions (subject to medical screening).
